If your looking just for those cinematic kind of thing, you can´t go wrong with Resident Evil 6. I don´t know if the cinematic moments are still great since it is an older game but it got an HD release as far as i am aware.

The Action is awsome, but you don´t have as much room to explore, its very linear for the most part. If you have never played a Resident Evil game bevor, you may dont understand some parts of the story tho. You can choose beetween 4 story´s which are connected. Resident Evil 6 got alot of cinematic moments / QTE´s. Would those also fit the bill for what I like or should I just stick to RE 4 for the style I am wanting? I notice that there is a RE 5 and RE 6 now. Well, someone said anywhere on the Internet a few months ago, he feels like TR is a mix of Uncharted and Resident Evil 4 which i can agree to some point, so maybe you wanna give RE 4 a try.
